Marc Süberling acquired his diploma after his economic studies in 1990. After a few years of practical experiences in the retail industry he began working with real estate in 1992. Until 1996 Marc Süberling performed various duties within the Mengler group, Darmstadt in the area of project development and inventory management. After a short time with Stadium Vermietungs GmbH, Oberhausen, the real estate company of the international developer of CentrO Oberhausen shopping center, he started in 1998 with Generali real estates as a regional leader for asset management with headquarter in Hamburg.
Here, he played a key role in various structural projects and/or accompanied their development. As a result of the restructuring of the Generali group real estate management, he attained the position of manager with Jacobsen AG, Kiel, a North German property investor from 2004 to 2007. Here he was responsible for all real estate activities.
He simultaneously led the real estate division of the HanseMerkur insurance group, Hamburg. After the selling of the plc to a foreign company he led the Hamburg branch of the nationwide Consulting enterprise, Dr. Lübke broker and Consultants, Frankfurt. In 2009 he set up his own company.
Marc Süberling is committed to further education and training. Parallel to his professional employment he successfully finished his studies as a real estate economist in 1995. Furthermore he is a Professional Member (MRICS) member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) as well as volunteer assessor for the RICS in Germany.
Mr. Süberling is married and has two daughters.
